Corporate Catalog Account Security Roles
The Security Roles for a Corporate Catalog Account are:
- Administration – Can add and remove contacts and set their Security Roles. Can add/edit shipping addresses. Can view order history for all contacts in the account.
- Maintenance – Can use the design shop to customize products and then add them to the Corporate Catalog. Creates and maintains categories for the Corporate Catalog.
- Order From Corporate Catalog – Can select and order items from the Corporate Catalog.
- Order From Standard Products – Can select and order items from the standard EarthLogo product offering. For accounts with established payment terms, these orders will be invoiced to the company.
- Request – Can select products from the Corporate Catalog and submit a request that they be ordered. The request is then delivered to a pre-designated person with an Order role. This works great for award programs, allowing employees or clients to browse your catalog.
- View Only – Someone with View Only rights can browse the Corporate Catalog, but cannot place any orders or order requests.
