A Standard Account is ideal for use at companies where both the selection and the ordering of promotional goods is carried out by the same individual. Even for companies with more than one such individual (perhaps each in different departments or regions), a Standard Account will work well.
When you set up a Standard Account, the payment method will initially be Credit Card. You may pay for orders with any major credit card.
We make it easy, however, for you to set up payment terms. Simply contact us with your request to establish Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms. After our Service people have qualified your company, we will simply invoice your company for any future purchases at EarthLogo.
Standard Account Security Roles
Once you have setup your Standard Account, you can grant account access to others in your company by adding contacts to the account. When you do this, you can set security roles for each person. This allows you to indicate that one person can add new contacts and can place orders while a second person can place new orders but cannot add new contacts.
The Security Roles for a Standard Account are:
  • Administration – Can add and remove contacts and set their Security Roles. Can add/edit shipping addresses. Can view order history for all contacts in the account.
  • Maintenance – Can use the design shop to upload artwork and to customize products.
  • Order – Can place orders on the account.
The roles can be assigned in any combination to any contact. Roles assignments are done on the same page used to set other contact information such as name and address.
