What if I can’t find the product I’m looking for?
If you do not see the specific product you are searching for among our design-ready products, click the "Power Search" button in the top right corner of the website and fill in keyword information. If you find the product you are looking for, you can email that information to EarthLogo automatically under the Power Search "check out" and we will contact you with a quote on that item.
How can I customize a product?
Before you can customize a product you need to make sure you have a logo uploaded into your account. If you click on any product in the website you can either click "Details" and then select "Customize", or you can click directly to "Design". After either of those steps you can now select the logo under "artwork" you want to customize that item with and preview what your logo will look like on the different color swatches that products is available in.
How do I upload my artwork?
Before uploading artwork, you must first create an account. If you already have an account, click here for our guide to uploading artwork.
What can I do if I do not have artwork saved on my computer?
The Design Shop can save many types of electronic artwork files, including EPS, JPG, TIF, and BMP formats. You can upload a file from any removable media (zip, floppy drives) or network connected to your computer. If you are requesting artwork from someone else, EPS is the best format due to its higher resolution and will provide the best image quality. (EPS files must be saved with the Preview Image to be used in our DesignShop) You can also mail a hard copy of camera ready artwork to our offices.
How do I get my logo "digitized" for embroidering?
If you are planning on embroidering your company logo on products, you will need to get your logo "digitized". Either upload your logo into your account or attach your logo to an email to support@earthlogo.com and we will arrange to send your logo to be digitized. The charge digitizing is $65.00 and is a one-time fee.
What is the minimum quantity I need to order for embroidery?
There is a minimum of (12) items for embroidered items. If under the quantity of (12) is ordered, then a surcharge of $15.00 will be applied.
