Artwork consists of logos and other designs that you upload in order to customize your products. Once you have uploaded an artwork file, you can use it in the DesignShop to visualize how a customized product will look.
Uploading New Artwork
Uploading artwork is a simple process. Just click the "Upload Artwork" button on the DesignShop home page (and other locations) and follow the prompts. Refer to How to Upload Artwork for a list of detailed task-oriented steps.
After you upload your artwork, our website will store the file you uploaded for future use. It will also perform some analysis on the uploaded image and then create a copy in a format that is viewable by your web browser. When you later use the artwork in the DesignShop, it is this copy that will actually appear on the DesignShop web pages. When you place an order of a customized product, EarthLogo will use the original artwork file in our production facilities.
Supported File Formats

Editing Artwork Information
The Edit Artwork screen displays the artwork image along with information about the image. This screen is displayed right after you upload new artwork. This screen is also displayed if you choose to edit information about previously uploaded artwork.
Colors
Indicates how many colors were detected in the image. (This number may be incorrect if your original file utilized anti-aliasing, shadows, or other blending techniques. Space is provided for you to correct the count.)
Comments
This space is provided for you to enter any comments about the image. Use this space to indicate specific color numbers (Pantone, RGB, CMYK, etc.) or other presentation concerns.
Authorization Checkboxes
This file should be available for use by other people from our company – Checking this box allows others from your company to use this artwork.

I have the legal authority to use this logo and to authorize its reproduction onto promotional items - Checking this box affirms that you have authorization to utilize the artwork, that you have the right to authorize EarthLogo to reproduce the artwork for the purpose of customizing your product, and that you are in fact, authorizing EarthLogo to do so.

I have inspected the uploaded file. It appears to be clean and ready for use in production – By checking this box you affirm that the quality of the uploaded artwork is production ready. Please note that, for various reasons, the image displayed on our web pages is a modified version of the one you uploaded, and not the exact file that you uploaded. It is created through an automated conversion process in which some graphic fidelity may be lost. This checkbox refers to the file that was uploaded, and not to the displayed image.
When you make changes to artwork information, be sure to click the "Save" button to save the changes.
Managing Artwork
Click "Manage Artwork" (on DesignShop home page and other locations). A list of all artwork that has been uploaded will be displayed. From this list you can choose to edit the information about an artwork file or to delete an artwork file.
If someone else in your Account uploaded artwork and marked it for use by others within the account (see checkbox descriptions above), then that artwork will also appear on this list. You will be able to view the artwork and use it in the DesignShop. However, only the person that uploaded the artwork can edit the artwork information or delete the artwork file.
Deleting Artwork Files
Deleting an artwork file permanently removes it from our database.
When you choose to delete an artwork file (on the Manage Artwork page), a confirmation page will display the artwork image so you can be sure you are deleting the correct one. If you wish to proceed with the deletion, click the "Confirm" button.
WHEN A FILE IS DELETED, IT CANNOT BE UNDELETED AND IT CANNOT BE RETRIEVED FROM OUR WEBSITE BY ANY MEANS.
Please note that you cannot delete artwork if it is currently used in customization for products in project folders or in your Corporate Catalog. If you attempt to delete an artwork file that is in use, the confirmation page will not have a "Confirm" button. Instead, it will display a statement indicating that the artwork cannot be deleted along with a list of all products utilizing the artwork. To delete such artwork you will need to first change or delete the products in question so that the artwork is no longer in use.
