Project folders are provided for organizing the promotional products you select. Typically they are used for grouping products associated with a particular event or subject, but please use them any way that helps you to keep track of your products of interest.

Delete a Product From a Project Folder
You can delete customized products from a project folder UNLESS the customized product
- Is in your shopping cart (or somebody else's belonging to your account)
- Has ever been ordered
- Is in your Corporate Catalog
Use the Edit Project page (see above) to delete a product from a project folder. Locate the product to be removed on the folder’s list of products and click the associated Delete button. A confirmation page will be displayed so that you can be sure you are deleting the correct product. Click the "Confirm" button on this page to proceed with the delete.
If a product cannot be deleted because it does not meet the criteria listed above, then the confirmation page will display a message indicating so.
TIP: Although you cannot delete some customized products (for reasons listed above), you CAN assign them to a different Project Folder. Consider creating a project folder titled "Obsolete" and then moving the product into that folder. Products are assigned to a project folder on the Customize tab.

Delete a Project Folder
Project Folders can be deleted from the Manage Projects page. Deleting a project folder removes the folder from our database. A project folder must be empty before it can be deleted. To delete a project folder that is not empty you must either reassign the products in the folder to other folders or delete the products.
