Requirements
You must be logged in and have administration privileges for the account. If you do not have these rights please contact your account administrator for privileges.

  • Create and edit your Corporate Catalog categories
    Go to the Manage Catalog page by clicking "Corporate Catalog" from the main website header and then clicking the "Manage Catalog" link. The "Manage Catalog" page will display with buttons for adding, editing, and deleting catalog categories.
      Add a category
      A. Click "Add New ". The "Add Category" page will display.
      B. Enter the name of the category you wish to add.
      C. Enter a description for the category you wish to add.
      D. Click "Save".
       
      Edit a category
      A. Select the category name in the menu.
      B. Click "Edit". The "Edit Category" page will display.
      C. Change the name and description as you choose.
      D. Click "Save".
       
      Delete a category
      A. Select the category name in the menu.
      B. Click "Delete". You will be prompted to move any products from the deleted category to another category.
      C. Select the category where you wish to relocate the products and then click "Confirm".
    Tip: Although it is not required, we strongly recommend that you create Project Folders which correspond to your Corporate Catalog categories. To do so:
      A. Click the "Design Shop" tab in the main site menu. The Design Shop home page will display.
      B. Click "Start New Project". The "New Project" page will display.
      C. Enter the name of the project. This name should correspond to the Corporate Catalog Category name.
      D. Click "Save".
      E. Repeat these steps B through D until all necessary Project Folders are created.
      F. When customizing your products , be sure select the corresponding Project Folder.
    Add products to your Corporate Catalog
    For help finding a specific product, please refer to the Support Section - How to find the Product You Want.
     
    When you find a product you want to customize/add to your Corporate Catalog:
    1. Click "Design" under the product you choose. You then enter the Design Shop.
    2. Use the Design Shop to customize the product as you wish. (You do not have to customize the product to add to a Corporate Catalog.) If you need help in using the Design Shop, please reference the Support Section-How to Use the EarthLogo Design Shop. *As a note, select the name of the Project Folder corresponding to the Corporate Catalog category you are going to place that product in.
    3. After customization is finished, click "Add to Catalog".
    4. The screen is refreshed displaying all of the options available for that product. Please choose which options you want to be available in your catalog. (You can change these options later.)
    5. Choose in which Corporate Catalog category to place the product. (You can change the category later.)
    6. Click " Update Catalog Settings". The screen will refresh, saving your options.
    7. This product is now included in your Corporate Catalog.
    8. From here you can browse for more products to add, or view the products in your Catalog.

    Change Options For a Product In Your Catalog
    You can specify exactly which variations (color, size, etc.) of a product can be ordered through your catalog. If your logo doesn't look good on certain product colors, for instance, you would use the option settings to make sure people can't order those colors.
     
    To change the options for a product, browse in your catalog to find the product and view its Details page. Then click the "Corporate Catalog" tab. The settings for the product are displayed.
    1. Select the options you wish to make available.
    2. Select the category you wish to put the product in.
    3. Click " Update Catalog Settings". The page is refreshed with the new options saved.
    Remove a Product From Your Catalog
    Removing a product from the catalog is done from the same page used to set the product options. Click "Hide from Catalog". The page refreshes, hiding the product from the corporate catalog.
     
    To restore the product to the catalog at this time, click "Save to Corporate Catalog" on the refreshed page.
     
    To restore the product to the catalog at a later time, locate the product in the appropriate project folder and click the "Save To Corporate Catalog" button.
     
    Note: Removing a product from the catalog does not delete the product form your account. To do so, you must remove it from its corresponding project folder.

    Change The Customization Settings For a Product In Your Catalog
    To change the customization settings for a product, browse in your catalog to find the product and view its Details page. Then click the "Customize" tab. Make the desired changes and then click the "Save To Corporate Catalog" button.
